With a cashless facility, the hospital settles the medical bills directly with your insurance provider, subject to your policy terms, leaving you to focus solely on getting better.

The Cashless Process: How It Works

To ensure a smooth approval process, please follow these steps:

Verification: Present your Insurance TPA ID Card and Aadhaar Card at the Insurance Desk upon arrival or during pre-admission.

Pre-Authorization: For planned surgeries, our team will submit a pre-authorization request to your insurance company 48–72 hours in advance.

Approval: Once the insurance company reviews the medical necessity, they issue an initial authorization.

Discharge: At the time of discharge, final bills are sent for approval. Once the final authorization is received, you only need to pay for non-medical/excluded expenses as per your policy.
Documents Required for Admission
To avoid delays, please keep the following documents ready:
Patient’s Health Insurance Card
(Physical or Digital copy).
Government-issued Photo ID
(Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Voter ID).
Doctor’s Consultation Note
and Referral Letter.
Diagnostic Reports
(X-rays, Blood tests, CT scans) related to the current ailment.
Past Medical Records
(if any) for pre-existing condition verification.
